How do I know which purchase method works best for me?
If you eat meat on a regular basis and are looking to decrease the number of times you need to purchase, have a medium to large sized family, or are working to have staple ingredients on hand, we suggest custom processing/ wholesale.
If you are hoping to support a local business and your purpose of purchasing locally is to get a delicious product, but you don't eat much meat or have storage space, we suggest individual cuts.
I want to purchase locally, but haven't. Where do I start?
